- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced and pounded thin)

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup white grape juice (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by flattening it with a meat mallet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and dredging in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Deglaze with white grape juice or chicken broth, then add additional broth and lemon juice; let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
