Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two muffin pans.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

  7. To make the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until desired consistency is reached.
