- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two muffin pans.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda; then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Press about 2 tablespoons of dough into each muffin cup, pushing it halfway up the sides.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Allow cooling before pressing centers down to form cups.
- To make the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until desired consistency is reached.
- Frost cooled cookie cups and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
