- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch florets

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange sausage slices, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the ingredients on the sheet pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through until everything is tender and cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
