- 1 pound pizza dough

- 1 tablespoon tamari/soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons sliced pepperoncini
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups brick cheese or whole milk mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces turkey pepperoni, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F with the rack positioned in the bottom half.
- On a lightly oiled quarter sheet pan (9×13), press the pizza dough until it covers most of the surface; let rest while preparing other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with sriracha, tamari, and garlic; mix well.
- Spread sauce over prepared dough and layer with jalapeños, pepperoncini, pineapple chunks, cubed cheeses, and turkey pepperoni.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
