- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- If using raw chicken, grill or bake until fully cooked. Cool slightly before shredding or dicing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken with olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- For the tzatziki dressing: Mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber. Add olive oil, lemon juice, apple vinegar, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
- Combine seasoned chicken with cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Pour tzatziki dressing over salad ingredients and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
