Instructions

- Cover the dough tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of chilled dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
