- 1 loaf of soft white bread (brioche or milk bread)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, green onions, black pepper, and salt until creamy.
- Make deep crisscross cuts in the loaf without cutting all the way through; gently open each cut.
- Fill the pockets with the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Brush melted butter over the top of the filled bread.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
