Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat milk, cream, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat until simmering; then remove from heat.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a blender and pour the hot mixture over them. Let it sit for a few minutes before adding vanilla extract and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for about 30 minutes before inserting wooden sticks. Freeze overnight until completely solid.
  4. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
