Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt 6 tablespoons of butter. Add onions, celery, and carrots; sauté until softened (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in tomato concentrate; cook for an additional minute. Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
- Add garlic powder, dried savory, dried tarragon, and cream apple juice; bring to a gentle boil then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk remaining butter with flour until smooth. Gradually add to the broth while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Slowly stir in heavy cream followed by langostino lobster tails; heat through on low for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving hot with grated parmesan cheese on top.
