- 16 ounces mozzarella balls
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving chilled or at room temperature.
