  • 200g heavy cream
  • Colorful candy-coated chocolate pieces
  • 62g all-purpose flour
  • 27g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 140g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 140g sour cream (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the mixture.
  5. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before preparing the cheesecake filling.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips for filling; beat softened cream cheese with sugar until creamy.
  8. Add melted chocolate, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, sour cream, and mix well; incorporate eggs one at a time.
  9. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled brownie crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Cool gradually in the oven, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
  11. For ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over remaining chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
