Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in granulated sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the mixture along with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- For the filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, adding sugar gradually.
- Mix in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, and sour cream; add eggs one at a time without overmixing.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips gently before pouring over the cooled brownie crust.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- For ganache topping, heat heavy cream and pour it over remaining chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
