- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjustable)

Instructions
- Prepare frozen or homemade fries according to package instructions or bake at 425°F (220°C) until crispy.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for one minute before adding heavy cream and bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it and allowing it to simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot alongside crispy fries, garnished with fresh parsley.
