  • 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and cornstarch; cook until thickened. Puree half for the batter.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, sour cream, pureed cherry filling, and vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time.
  5. Layer half the batter over the crust, swirl in some cherry mixture, then add remaining batter.
  6. Bake for about 70 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
