Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Mix spices for seasoning beef.
- Slice potatoes into chips, coat with olive oil and spices; bake until crispy (30–40 minutes).
- In a frying pan, cook beef mince with spices until browned.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Assemble bowls with potato chips, lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
