Instructions

  1. Rinse blueberries under cold water and pat dry; place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Wash peaches thoroughly, slice into wedges or thin slices, and add to the bowl.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the fruits.
  4. Wash and dry mixed greens; add them to the bowl.
  5. Chop red onion finely and sprinkle over the salad; roughly chop walnuts and add on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  7. Drizzle dressing over salad; gently toss with tongs to combine.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
