- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
- 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 grams chopped walnuts
- 6–8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan ovens.
- Drizzle honey over each puff pastry sheet.
- Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper on the pastry.
- Roll up each sheet tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
- Twist each roll into a coil shape on parchment-lined baking paper.
- Brush coils with milk for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with extra thyme sprinkled on top.
