- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture, adding chocolate chips.
- Spread brownie batter in the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Prepare blackberry mixture by mashing berries with lemon juice and cornstarch.
- Combine two-thirds of cheesecake batter with berry puree; pour remaining batter over brownies.
- Swirl together and top with whole blackberries.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until edges are set but center remains jiggly.
- Cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing.
