  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture, adding chocolate chips.
  4. Spread brownie batter in the prepared pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Prepare blackberry mixture by mashing berries with lemon juice and cornstarch.
  7. Combine two-thirds of cheesecake batter with berry puree; pour remaining batter over brownies.
  8. Swirl together and top with whole blackberries.
  9. Bake for 45–55 minutes until edges are set but center remains jiggly.
  10. Cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing.
