Instructions

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well blended.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined; avoid overmixing.

- Spoon batter into muffin cups until two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes; check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
