  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF (191ºC) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Brush with half of the melted butter, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the remaining butter over the salmon, add minced garlic, and arrange lemon wedges around it.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes until the thickest part of the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125ºF (52ºC).
  5. Switch to broil and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove any skin if desired, garnish with parsley and dill, and serve with roasted lemon wedges.
