Instructions
- Add arugula to a large salad bowl.
- Slice peaches into wedges and halve the cherries.
- Rinse the cherries under cold water to remove excess juice.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches and cherries.
- In a small bowl, whisk lime juice and maple syrup together.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss.
- Add chopped mint and basil to the bowl and toss again.
- Top arugula with dressed fruit mixture and serve immediately.
